The IMAX seems huge, even though other screens in L.A. Just TOO MUCH of a rip off and TOTAL TOURIST TRAP - Sickens me to see the gouging, but hey Thats Hollywood for you!!!! And since you have already self-serviced your establishment - downsize on your over paid, unprofessional and extremely unfriendly staff - Management and down. You can get 5 boxes of the same candy for the price of 1. Adults to go see a basic movie - and SHARE a drink.
Where have all the VISTA theaters gone? Im sure it takes the next 5 years for a family on vacation just to pay off their mastercard charge to take the kids to the movies. I guess we really have come to the reality that all our young people just use their thumbs and fingers to communicate and poof they get a pay check for doing so. Stale barely warm popcorn that is all self-sevice, then where the f- do you get your drinks? that go with the $20.00 Popcorn deal - Oh, you have to walk across the entire popcorn cafeteria to yet another wounded employee that really doesnt want to deal with people - to hand you a cup and point to the SELF-SERVICE counter again. Its nicely done, very comfortable - But where is the GUEST SERVICES that we are paying for. Few could walk away not complimenting the experience from a technical and design point of view.
